Precise temperature control made simple
When precise temperature regulation is what the process requires, why add complexity that it doesn't need?
The Tempro primus 90 is designed specifically for applications requiring precise temperature control without the need for additional functions. A 3.5" TFT LCD color display provides intuitive menu navigation, while PT1000 temperature sensors ensure high regulation accuracy and generously dimensioned pipe diameters inside the cooling coils increase the cooling capacity.

Turn regrind into a valuable resource
Efficient production also means making better use of material already available.
The S-Max primus enables resource-saving in-line recycling directly beside the injection molding machine. Its low motor speed of 27 rev/min at 50 Hz reduces energy consumption, noise emissions and dust generation while producing a highly homogeneous grain size, an important factor for maintaining high part quality when processing regrind.
Low maintenance requirements, easy cleaning and fast material changeovers help keep operation efficient beyond the grinding process itself.
Automation that saves time from set-up to part removal
The Primus 118 brings cost efficiency to Pick & Place applications and simple automation tasks.
SmartRemoval comes as standard, enabling extremely short removal and total cycle times. And with the R9 control system, efficiency starts even before production: the QuickNew Wizard guides even inexperienced users safely and quickly through programming.
The Primus 118 is also designed with existing and future production requirements in mind. It can be installed on injection molding machines of various models and sizes up to 250 metric tons clamping force, handling payloads of up to 8 kg. Identical fixing holes to earlier robot series make integration into existing systems particularly easy, while additional rotational and swivel axes provide further flexibility where required.

The EcoPrimus combines these requirements in an all-electric injection molding machine developed specifically for compact single-component applications in high-volume production.
